Episode Companion Page
A short companion to each episode, created to help you reflect on its central message and carry one meaningful truth or faithful next step into your everyday life.

Episode 1 -  Still Walking: Taking the Next Most Needful Step  |  You do not have to tackle the whole pie today. Use this Companion Page to pause, honestly consider your present capacity, and ask God whether your next faithful step is rest, action, or one smaller step.

Episode 2 -  When You Don’t Know Who You Are Anymore  |   Life can change the way we see ourselves without erasing who we are. Continue the conversation by reflecting on what changed, what remains, and who God may be helping you become.

Episode 3 -  When Grief Doesn’t Get the Final Word | Reflect on the unanswered “why” you've been carrying and explore what trusting God might look like even without an explanation.

Episode 4 -  When You’re Doing the Right Things and Still Don’t Feel Like You’re Moving Forward  |  Today’s conversation doesn’t end here. Continue it on the Companion Page with a truth to carry, reflection prompts, and a Quiet Progress Inventory to help you notice what is already beginning to grow.

Episode 5 -  When Faith and Grief Share the Same Heart  |  Hospice nurse Rachelle Boyd-Huff knew how to guide others through death—but losing her own father left her learning how to live with grief. Continue with the Companion Page and reflect on how grief and faith can coexist.

Episode 6 -  When Everything Matters But You Can’t Do Everything  |   When everything matters, deciding what actually belongs to you right now can feel impossible. Use the Companion Page’s Capacity Sort to identify what is yours, what can wait, where you need help, and what you can release—then choose one faithful adjustment.

Episode 7 -  When Everything Changes at Once  |   When everything changes at once, fear can make it difficult to notice the ways God is still caring for us. Use this Companion Page to reflect on His everyday provision and create your own stone of remembrance.

Episode 8 -  When the Answer Still Requires Recovery  |   An answered prayer can be real even when life still needs care. Use the Companion Page’s Name the Next Chapter practice to recognize what changed, identify what remains unfinished, and choose one faithful action for this phase.

Episode 9 -  The Hug That Never Happened  |   Forgiveness doesn’t erase what happened or require you to restore access where it isn’t safe. Use this Companion Page’s Name the Brick practice to reflect on what you’re still carrying, where boundaries may still be needed, and what you may be ready to release.

Episode 10 -  When You Feel Like What You Bring Isn’t Good Enough  |   Comparison can make you dismiss something meaningful before anyone has a chance to receive it. Continue on the Companion Page with a truth to carry, reflection prompts, and one small practice for offering what God placed in your hands.

Episode 11 -  When God Prepares Your Heart for What You Cannot See  |   Take the episode one step deeper. This free Companion Page will help you notice where another person’s response may have become tangled with your worth, bring that place honestly to God, and choose one safe, faithful next step toward healing.

Episode 12 -  When You're Afraid to Hope Again  |   Have past disappointments changed the way you respond to new possibilities? Visit the Companion Page for a fresh question about hope, a Truth to Carry, a Prayer Prompt, and one small grit practice to help you recognize when fear is speaking louder than possibility.

Thank you for studying God's Word with me this summer. I hope these companions have helped you slow down, ask better questions, and discover fresh treasures in familiar scriptures.
